Every Friday there is a course on "Fresh bread from the wooden oven" and, in addition, seasoned with fresh herbs from the garden. So simple and yet very special. You can bake your own bread and at the same time, it is explained which flour is the best, how much water and yeast you need and why we bake our bread in this hand-made wood oven. Of course, you can also taste the bread and enjoy a piece of nature without any chemical additives! The herbs for the bread, of course, we gather together fresh from the garden!
